Growthly Nest is the team behind Growthly Space and Team Growthly. We’re building the structure behind both — from the people and resources involved to the practical work that keeps things moving.
What is Growthly Nest?
Growthly Nest is the part of Growthly that sits behind the scenes. It supports the two sides of Growthly without trying to make them the same. Growthly Space is open to everyone and is built around learning, sharing and meeting other builders. Team Growthly is smaller and more focused, giving people a place to work closely and build together. Nest connects the two and takes care of the work that happens in the background.
Why we’re building this.
There are plenty of places to learn online. There are also plenty of places to meet people. What we want to build is the space between those two things — a place where people can discover something useful, find good people to work with and, over time, actually build something together.
We started with the idea that not everyone needs the same kind of community. Some people want an open place to explore and learn. Others want a smaller group where they can focus and take responsibility. Growthly is designed around both.
Two different ways to be part of Growthly.
Growthly Space
Growthly Space is the open side of Growthly. Anyone can come in, learn, share work, ask questions, join conversations and meet other builders. It’s meant to stay open and useful, especially for people who are still figuring out what they want to build.
The goal is simple: make it easier for people to find ideas, knowledge and people worth knowing.
Team Growthly
Team Growthly is the smaller side. It’s for people who want to work more closely with others, take ownership and spend less time talking about building and more time actually building.
The group is intentionally smaller so people know who they are working with, can give each other honest feedback and can keep moving without a lot of noise.
What happens behind the scenes.
Growthly Nest helps make resources available where they can be useful. That can mean supporting a project, helping with the tools needed to get something moving or putting resources behind an idea that deserves more time.
There is also a lot of practical work that people never see. Policies, ownership, brand, tools, communication and the small operational details all need to be looked after. Nest handles that side so the other parts can stay focused on what they do best.
Some ideas grow beyond the place where they started. When a project inside Growthly shows real potential, Nest can help give it more room to grow — whether that means people, resources, structure or simply the support needed to take the next step.
How it fits together.
Nest sits behind both sides. Space brings people in and gives them room to learn and explore. Team gives a smaller group a place to work closely and ship. The three parts are different by design, but they are connected.
What matters to us.
We care about useful work, good people and making progress. We would rather see someone build a rough first version than spend weeks trying to make an idea sound perfect.
We also care about the people around the work. Good communities are not built only around information; they are built around people who share, help each other and are willing to give honest feedback.
Where this goes next.
We’re still early. The goal is not to make Growthly look bigger than it is. The goal is to keep building something genuinely useful and let it grow from there.
Over time, we want more builders to find their way into Growthly, more people to meet the right collaborators and more projects to move from an idea into something real.
